Hi friends! My food philosophy is that cooking really good food at home doesn’t have to take hours of work. It doesn’t even require a ton of training or skill. Just cook seasonal and local as much as possible, don’t complicate things, have FUN with it, and when in doubt, add flake salt, butter, hot sauce, or a squeeze of lemon. And lots of wine. Cheers!
