Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

These are the perfect thing to make when you’re craving something salty sweet AND you want your whole house to smell like cinnamon (so, always).
Whisk together 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of water, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract until foamy. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of kosher salt, and 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon. Coat 2 pounds of pecan halves in the egg whites, then toss in the sugar mixture. Spread out on a couple of sheet pans and bake at 250 for an hour, turning every 15 minutes. Before diving in, wait it for them to cool so they get nice and crunchy on the outside (lol good luck with that).
