My Story
Hi friends! I’m Sarah. I’ve been married for almost 9 years to a guy I adore and we have a wild and wonderful little boy. I have a coaching practice where I help clients build psychological resilience and leadership skills. My favorite thing in the world is when our little Capitol Hill townhouse is full of friends and family and nothing makes me happier than feeding the people I love.
30 Minute Foodie is a philosophy, not a constraint. While the total cook time may be more for some recipes, the total effort is usually less. Bottom line? I believe that cooking really good food at home doesn’t have to take hours of work. It doesn’t even require a ton of training or skill. Just cook seasonal and local as much as possible, don’t complicate things, have FUN with it, and when in doubt, add flake salt, butter, hot sauce, or a squeeze of lemon. And lots of wine. xx
